Ragdoll Kittens Home
This Contract is entered into between Ragdoll Kittens Home, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller,” and the purchaser listed below, hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer.
At Ragdoll Kittens Home, we are committed to raising healthy, happy, and well-socialized kittens. Every kitten is examined by a licensed veterinarian and receives age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming before joining their new home.
The Buyer agrees to have the kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within seven (7) days of arrival. If the veterinarian identifies a serious illness or congenital condition that existed before delivery, the Seller may offer a replacement kitten or refund upon verification and return of the kitten.
The Seller guarantees the kitten against severe hereditary or congenital disorders for up to one (1) year from the kitten’s birth date. Documentation from a licensed veterinarian will be required for any claim.
If the kitten is diagnosed with a contagious illness within fourteen (14) days after arrival, the Buyer must immediately notify the Seller and provide veterinary records for review.
If transportation is required, the Buyer agrees to cover all shipping and delivery costs. Kittens are transported using safe, reliable, and climate-controlled pet transportation services with travel updates provided throughout the journey.
If the Buyer chooses local pickup, a non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve the kitten. Remaining payment must be completed before the kitten leaves our care.
Full payment must be completed before delivery or pickup of the kitten. Reserved kittens will not be held without an approved deposit arrangement.
